MADE Festival is for over 18s only.
Everyone must present a valid form of photographic ID. The following ID can be used as proof of age for entering the site:

- Current Passport
- Current UK Drivers License or Provisional License
- Validate UK
- Citizen Card
- A National Identity Card

The bars will operate a challenge 25 system. If you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic ID provide you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if youre lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photographic ID with you.

Photocopies or birth certificates will not be accepted and are not valid forms of photographic ID.

Please do not come without your valid photo ID even if you are over 18, as you may be turned away if you cannot prove your age.
For security reasons, all MADE Festival ticket holders will be subject to extra searches at this years event. Please be patient if there are queues, and please cooperate with any security requests and all searches. Observe the festival opening times and arrive as early as possible as this will reduce queueing time.

We have put in place all necessary measures to maximise public safety, working closely with the authorities. You can also play your part in keeping MADE Festival safe and secure by reading the following text on restrictions and prohibited items.

Restrictions and prohibited items.


In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, MADE Festival reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, and to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated).

- Anything illegal or offensive.
- Food & drink. There are a variety of licensed bars and catering (vegetarian and gluten free) open throughout the event.
- Illegal Substances and New Psychoactive Substances (Legal Highs) – MADE Festival takes any drug use very seriously, including the use of nitrous oxide inside or outside the event, and anyone found in possession of drugs may face prosecution.
- NO Glass or aerosols, including bottles. For perfume please consider using something like this
- Seats and chairs, unless previously agreed in writing with MADE Festival
- Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival. Small bags are allowed with the dimensions of 30cm x 42cm (A3 size) nothing bigger please.
- Umbrellas and parasols.
- Tents and gazebos, tables, BBQs, stoves and gas canisters.
- Banners and flags with sticks/poles.
- Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time within any areas of the site.
- Dangerous or hazardous items g. knives, scissors, flares, fireworks, lighter fuel, aerosols, spray cans, air horns, klaxons or similar, laser pens.
- Chinese lanterns.
- Bicycles, skateboards and scooters.
- Any other items not included in the above list that we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security.
- Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited.
Last entry to MADE is 5pm, we dont want you to miss out so please make sure you are in the queue sufficiently in advance of this time.
You need to contact the ticket agency that you purchased your tickets from. If you purchased tickets from our website then you will need to contact SeeTickets customer services - https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice

Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Please do not buy tickets from people you dont know as these might well be fake tickets. There are scammers out there ready to con people out of their money on every big event in the UK. Please do not hand over or send money to people posting on Facebook or any other social media forum saying they have tickets. Only purchase tickets from made-festival.co.uk and other official ticket outlets. Do not buy from touts, we can not guarantee these tickets will be valid.
- Pack light. The less you bring, the quicker youll get through the gates. It really will make things quicker for you and everyone else.
- Small bags measuring no more that 40cm x 32cm x 32xm (i.e. a small rucksack).
- Plan for the weather, much of this event is uncovered so bring relevant clothing, wear sun protection etc.
- You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctors note prescription or valid medical certificate. If in doubt please drop us a line in advance at contact@made-festival.co.uk
Not on site. If you drink and eat in the park outside the perimeter of the festival then please respect our beautiful new home, and our local residents and put your rubbish in the bins provided.

Once you reach the search lanes you cannot take any food or drink into the festival. There is a range of delicious food and drink available to buy within the festival.

- Yes, this can be found at the Info Point.

- Please go to the info point where we will be operating a lost and found list.

- The bars will operate a Token system which is in place to reduce queues. You can pay for the tokens with either cash or card at the Token Booths around the site.
- Food Stalls all take cash (and few take cards)
- There will be ATM on site too however we suggest coming with cash and not relying on them

- There is no re-admission to MADE Festival after entry. Re-admission and pass outs are only permitted in exceptional circumstances e.g. medical reasons etc. and are at the discretion of security. Please plan ahead, bring enough money and debit/credit cards before you arrive

- If your phone is likely to run out, place on low power mode. You may bring a power bank, but I you after party or bus tickets are on your phone we recommend that you print out just in case you run out of battery.


The same regulations apply at MADE as the rest of the country. You can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Look out for the No Smoking signs if in any doubt.

Both events are within walking distance from the coach drop off point (Birmingham Coach Station) and we highly recommend that you buy a bus ticket to take you from the festival back to Digbeth.


MADE Festival is committed to ensuring that disabled visitors to the festival have an equal and inclusive experience. We aim to make your experience of the festival the best possible.

Please bear in mind that this is a festival event and as such will be on a grass surface which may be slightly uneven. It is always worth checking the weather on the day and making any adjustments to equipment you may need to bring with you for your convenience and comfort.

We provide a free carer/personal assistant ticket to people who may need personal help from a trusted carer at the festival.

This is a simple process following the points below:
1. Order a MADE ticket in the same name as is shown on the proof of disability document
2. Send your proof of disability document to contact@made-festival.co.uk
3. We will then provide you with an equivalent ticket
4. You can also book a free car parking space at www.made-festival.co.uk


GETTING THERE

- When travelling to and from MADE Festival, we ask you to be respectful of our local residents
- Please do not litter
- Please do not walk in the roads leading to the festival. These are busy roads and dangerous for people walking.
- Please follow the direction signs to the site and do not detour. The route has been marked out for your safety and is the quickest route to site
- Use toilets provided on the route
- Don't be one of the few who spoil it for the many!
